Service Costs
Each recording appointment costs £100 (inc VAT) plus Admin + Travel Costs (see below)
Admin and Travel Costs:
Portsmouth, Southampton, Gosport, Eastleigh, Fareham, Havant: £30
All other parts of Hampshire: £50
Outside of Hampshire: Available upon request
Recording and Admin + Travel Costs are all payable in advance. Bank details for payment will be provided once specific enquiry received (see Contact Us section to raise enquiry)

What to expect at your recording appointment
Each appointment is scheduled for 1 hour. The first 10 minutes will be spent making introductions, understanding exactly what you want to get out of the experience, and collecting consent from all participants. We will also discuss the best lighting for the recording - due to wanting to be discreet, we will not bring Recording Lighting with us, so please make sure that the recording destination has sufficient lighting for us to record in.
We will then start recording - this will take up to 40 minutes, and you can ask the camera operator to pause recording as many times as you like.
Once you have finished (or the 40 minutes is up), the final 10 minutes are spent uploading the video to a memory stick, and deleting all other versions of it from our equipment. And remember, to watch your video you'll need access to a device capable of accessing the memory stick, such as a compatible laptop or Smart TV
