Appointment Cancellations

Appointments cancelled in writing to the above stated email address within 48 hours of the appointment start time will be refunded in full, less 50% of the stated Administration + Travel Costs. Monies will only be refunded to the bank account from which they were received

Money Back Guarantee

Should you not be satisfied with your recording, you can request a refund by writing to the above stated email address within 48 hours of receiving the X Capers email confirming the link to the recording. Only the cost of the recording (ie not the Administration + Travel Costs) will be refunded.  Issues highlighted that are outside of X Capers control may result in a reduced refund being paid (eg inadequate lighting in the room)

Monies will only be refunded to the bank account from which they were received. Only one refund per customer will be processed. Any future recordings will not be eligible for the money back guarantee.

Other Refunds

Refunds will not be made in any other circumstance, including (but not only):

• Where appointments are cancelled within 48 hours of the recording appointment start time 
• Where, through no fault of X Capers, the recording is unable to be made at the date, time and destination agreed
• Where, through no fault of X Capers, the recording is less than the maximum 40 minute recording available
